great location but limited dining options

The hotel was centrally located. The garage facilities were convenient and gave us peace of mind. The high-quality amenities in our room were excellent, especially the bidet feature. I appreciated the friendly staff who helped us find great local spots.

The dinner menu lacked variety, leaving us wanting more options.

This is a new hotel near highway to Malaga or Cadiz. Very convenient for traveller with car as an indoor parking is provided for free. The room is clean, comfortable, and free wifi connected. The price is very reasonable. I would recomment this hotel to everyone.

The staff was very kind and friendly. And the restaurant was cheap but nice. The room was comfortable and clean. wireless internet was available in any place.

Relatively far from the port- if you want to get to the port, you should walk approximately 40minutes.

Stayed with friends and loved the vibe! The hotel had a fantastic location. The underground parking gave us peace of mind. We even found a great local restaurant nearby. If you're in the area, this place is a solid choice!

WI-FI a bit weak in the room

Friendly helpful staff ((Had problem with wifi reception and was offered another room, plus restaurant opened a little early to serve me dinner). V. nearly a four-star restaurant I'd say.

A little further from train station and ferry terminal than expected - taxi necessary.

Gotta say, this hotel is in a great spot for checkin out the city! I loved the comfy bed, slept like a baby after my day out. The underground parking was super convenient, really gave me peace of mind . The staff was also really friendly and knew the area well, added to the fun! Breakfast was decent too, filled me up for the day.

only a couple of complaints tho, the restaurant menu was kinda limited and it was warm in my room since i couldn't control the air conditioning.

Very modern hotel in the center of Algeciras. Only 25-30 min drive from Tarifa. Me and my partner chose the hotel because of low price when compared to accomodation in Tarifa and drove there everyday. The free underground parking included in the price and the wifi in the room where another great features of this hotel. The staff is very polite and always helpful. The continental breakfast contains all the essentials such as cereal, pastry, ham and cheese, eggs, sausages, juice and fresh fruit. We are definitely visiting the hotel again.

Tres bon hotel, vaut le coup de payer 10 Euros de plus et le taxi pour se rendre au port, qu'un hotel nul a 50 Euros pres du port comme on l'a deja fait. Personnel de reception tres sympa et serviable. Really nice hotel, it worth to pay 10 Euros more and take a taxi to go to the port instead of taking an awful hotel for 50 Euros near the port as we already did it. Nice and helpful people at the front desk.

We stayed here to go to Gibraltar but should have stayed in La Linea Concepcion instead. La Linea is a lovely seaside town with nice looking hotels (the ac Marriott looked very nice - we regretted not booking that!). Algeciras was ok - 30 mins by bus to La Linea and we walked across to Gibraltar - it served its purpose. The Aura Hotel was out of town and in the middle of nowhere really, not quite sure why you would stay there. However, its quite a nice modern hotel with clean and comfortable rooms.

The hairdryer didn't work which was annoying for wife with wet hair late at night and wanting to go to bed. We rang reception to see if they had a spare but they didn'T. Breakfast didn't start til 7.30am, which seems late for a hotel. We had to leave at 7.30am for a bus - they weren't very happy about it but let us in at 7.10am - they were still setting up but we managed to get a piece of toast and a drink before heading away.

The hotel features a well-designed interior and an unbeatable central location ideal for exploring. The staff's friendly demeanor and in-depth knowledge about local attractions enhanced our experience significantly. Fresh orange juice at breakfast was a refreshing touch, although the limited variety in the dinner menu left something to be desired and made dining less enjoyable. Parking facilities were excellent, providing peace of mind throughout our stay.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Some of the nicest people we met in Spain during our two-week trip. Also, our room was very clean and quiet.

We did not have an internet connection that worked in our room. This was inconvenient.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean, with modern decor, and comfortable rooms. The breakfast is also good so I think it is a good deal to get it with the room. I highly recommend it.
